Clint Bolick is director of the Goldwater Institute Center for Constitu- tional Litigation in Phoenix, Arizona, and serves of-counsel to the Rose Law Group in Scottsdale. One of America's leading constitu- tional litigators, Bolick was cofounder of the Institute for Justice, and in 2002 was recognized by American Lawyer as one of the three lawyers of the year for leading the nationwide legal defense of school choice programs. Bolick is a research fellow with the Hoover Institution and a 2006 recipient of the Bradley Prize. He recently published his first novel, Nicki's Girl.
