How much sleep do you NEED?
"It depends if I'm on holiday or have a spare week off. I hate staying in bed, so I don't mind if I have six or seven hours. However, when I'm working I need at least seven to eight hours to function properly."
HOW DO YOU FEEL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING?
"Since I have stopped smoking, very good. Definitely not as lethargic as I used to be."
WHAT EXERCISE DO YOU TAKE?
"I frequent the gym (on good weeks) two to three times, for three quarters of an hour cardio, half an hour of weights and resistance work. I sometimes run and play squash."
ARE YOU CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT?
"Yes. Luckily, I love fruit, vegetables and cooking. But my big downfall is cheese."
ARE YOU OR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN OVERWEIGHT?
"I think I'm slightly overweight now. I never weigh myself. I can usually tell by my clothes and how I feel. I quit smoking and instead of a fag, I'll now have a biscuit."
DO YOU TAKE VITAMIN AND MINERAL PILLS?
"When I remember."
DO YOU DRINK OR SMOKE TOO MUCH?
"As I've mentioned, no more ciggies. As for drink, it depends what I've got on. I don't normally drink a lot during the week. …
