Call for Housing Policy Changes
The Government has been warned that its policies are adding to the growing crisis of housing in the countryside.
The warning from Mark Hudson, president of the Country Land and Business Association, came as the CLA published its Housing the Rural Economy report yesterday.
Mr Hudson, who farms in Ruthin, said the basic needs of rural communities for local housing had been forgotten in the Government's top-down approach to housing demand.
