Come and Help Fight Drug Abuse; Volunteers Sought for City Research Project

A CHARITY has launched an appeal for volunteers from African communities who want to tackle drug abuse in Coventry.
Minorities of Europe (MoE), based in Walsgrave Road, Stoke, Coventry, has won funding to cover the costs and expenses of six people who will undertake research into how drug abuse is affecting minority groups in the city.
Project manager Henry Squire said training, which will lead to a pre- university qualification, would be provided at the University of Central Lancaster. He said: "We realised there could be a growing problem in Coventry, especially because different communities, such as ā¦
