The Latest Releases in Legal CDs

West has added several new titles to its library of CD-ROM products. To the CD Reporters family the company has added Texas cases and Florida Cases. The three-disc Florida Cases library contains full-text cases reported from 1941 to 1992 in West's Southern Reporter, 2d, Volumes 1-600. The two-disc Texas Cases library contains full-text cases reported from West's South Western Reporter, 2d, Volumes 481-832 with coverage from 1972 to 1992. Quarterly disc updates and weekly Advance Sheets are included with each West CD Reporters subscription for more current information between disc updates.

The Florida Cases and Texas Cases libraries are part of a family of electronic case law disc products West developed specifically for solo practitioners and smaller firms. West CD Reporters enables these attorneys and firms to incorporate the speed and efficiency of electronic research into their practice. These libraries join the previously released New York Supplement, 2d; Massachusetts Decisions, California Reporter libraries in the West CD Reporters product line.

Florida Cases and Texas Cases subscribers use familiar Westlaw search syntax, sentence and paragraph connectors for word searches, automatic equivalencies and plurals, and field searching.
