ALBION boss Tony Mowbray knew his career was in a different league at The Hawthorns - when he took a look at the players' car park!
At Hibs, Mowbray was used to seeing his emerging stars driving to training in modest Fords and Polos.
But when he saw the wheels belonging to Albion's players, he knew he had climbed to the next level.
Mowbray admits that he has employed a "softly softly" approach to the start of his Baggies reign.
He has had to modify his methods at Albion, where the team is full of experienced and established internationals rather than up-and-coming players.
