YVONNE Hillier, manager of the Regis hair salon with Fenwick, still can't believe she's won Regis's President's Award, or as it's known, The Very Best of The Best; the title given to the top salon manager, pitched against 400 others. Yvonne cites her 48 staff as winners too, "I'm very proud to be their manager," she says. The salon met the 'excellence in all areas' requirement through both mystery shopper visits and regional and area manager reports.
