Imagitech Launches Risk Assessment System

DRIVER training software specialist, Imagitech, based at Technium Swansea, has launched a new risk assessment system to help the UK comply with new work-related driving legislation.
Road marque has been specifically developed for fleet managers and those responsible for workplace health and safety to ensure that all drivers are fully risk assessed and appropriately licensed while driving at work.
The system is also the first of its kind in the UK to use data from the audit to calculate a company's carbon footprint from CO2 generated by individual drivers.
Imagitech is the author of the UK's best-selling training software for learner drivers, Driving Test Success, which has sold more than two million copies.
Director of Imagitech, Gerhard Manogg said, "Managing occupational road risk is an increasingly important business issue in light of new legislation which comes into force this month which makes employers liable for the health and safety of those driving on work related business.
"Market research shows there are still a vast number of organisations, large and small, that do not appreciate the full extent of their duty of care under the new workplace legislation and have not yet embarked on a road safety audit for their business.
