HERE'S your chance to win a dream holiday of a lifetime.

With warmer weather on its way people's thoughts are turning to making plans for summer holidays.

Among those thoughts will be dreams - of the perfect getaway and a holiday of a lifetime that we would all love to take one day.

Maybe it involves flying to a far-flung exotic resort with white beaches and clear blue seas or exploring a country we have only ever read about.

The Coventry Telegraph has teamed up with Birmingham International Airport and its partner airlines and tour operators to launch this great competition - your chance to make your once-in-a-lifetime holiday a reality.

Such a special trip deserves a special winner and so we want you to tell us why you - or a friend or a relative - deserve this fantastic opportunity.

The stories will be judged by representatives from the Coventry Telegraph and Birmingham International Airport, who will then nominate five readers who, in their opinion, deserve to see their dream come true.

The ultimate decision will be handed over to readers, who will be invited to vote for which nominee they would like to see rewarded. The winner will be provided with flights and spending money to cover accommodation and other treats.

They will be flown to their destination either directly or via another hub airport and ready to take them on their trip are a host of airlines which operate out of Birmingham.

Emirates takes passengers to Dubai and then on to Australia; German carrier Lufthansa serves India; Continental flies to the USA; while Eastern Airlines, Dutch airline KLM, Scandinavia's SAS, Brussels and Air France take passengers to more than 600 world destinations. Aer Lingus serves Ireland and low-cost carriers bmibaby, Flybe and Monarch serve the rest of Europe.

Further afield, yet more holiday destinations, including Cancun in Mexico and the Caribbean, are being put within reach courtesy of tour operators Airtours, First Choice, Thomas Cook and Thomson.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, all you need to do is complete the form and return to the address provided along with a supporting letter of no more than 200 words as to why you deserve a once in a lifetime trip.
