Mbeki Still Backs Mugabe despite His Campaign of Terror

Allow me to congratulate the SACP and Cosatu for showing such bravery in calling for the removal of President Thabo Mbeki as head of state. I further wish to congratulate the ANC members of the parliamentary portfolio committee on communications for passing a motion of no confidence in the SABC board, which Mbeki appointed in spite of serious concerns raised by his own party.

I am not a member of the ANC, but one does not need to be a rocket scientist to see what Mbeki is doing to his party. He is determined to leave the ANC much weaker than he found it.

Mbeki is deliberately creating an international outcry by publicly embracing a tyrant like Robert Mugabe.
