DREAMING from a young age of being an entrepreneur, Paul Marcinkowski has a passion to help build Arc Hospitality and Recruitment as the business development manager.
Responsible for attracting and securing new clients to the business, Paul has high hopes for Arc Hospitality.
"We are first-class suppliers of temporary and permanent staff to sports and entertainment venues in the North West, as well as five-star hotels," said Paul.
Paul attended secondary school in Essex. "When I left school, I thought I wanted to become an investment banker, but always had an underlying dream of being an entrepreneur," he added.
He went on to a very good sixth form, Colchester Royal Grammar School, which led to a place at The University of Nottingham where he studied for a BSc in economics. Paul said: "I went to university with Michael Gavin, the managing director of Arc, and we both had similar attitudes towards our careers. So, when I decided to move away from banking, we began speaking about working together."
Paul continued: "Before this role, one of the highlights of my career was gaining a place on the RBS 10-week internship, which was in the global markets division involving local emerging markets and foreign exchange sales. …
