More Road-Safety Measures Installed at NLEX Segment
SAN FERNANDO CITY, Pampanga -- The Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC) has installed additional safety features at the Balem-Sta. Ines portion of the tollway in Pampanga in keeping with its continuing program to further enhance the safety and comfort of users of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).
MNTC, builder-concessionaire of the 84-kilometer NLEX, said, "we cannot leave anything to chance for the security and safety of our clients."
Apart from the rumble strips installed on both the mainline and centerline on the 3.1-kilometer Balem-Sta. Ines stretch, 12 sets of directional-arrow pavement markings made of reflective thermoplastic paint have been set up at the area. ā¦
