SHRM Strives to Professionalize Diversity and Inclusion Field

Members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) want to do for diversity what they have done for the field of human resources: help practitioners do their best work, advance the profession and be a leader in the diversity field.
To accomplish that, SHRM is conducting groundbreaking research and partnering with the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, the University of California-Los Angeles' Leadership Institute for Managers with Disabilities, the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy and more than 100 diversity thought leaders around the world.
