In a Title VII sexual harassment lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of a female doctor against her former employer, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court's grant of summary judgment and remanded the case to trial.
