Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Initiatives Cited in Global Forum
MANILA, Philippines - Social Welfare and Development Secretary Corazon Soliman said the international community has recognized Philippine disaster management initiatives during the Global Platform on Disaster Risk Reduction held in Geneva, Switzerland.Speaking during the Third Session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, with a theme "Invest Today for a Safer Tomorrow.
