Installation: We used this title on a Power Mac G3 computer running system 8.0. Installation was easy and quick. Installation: A

Content/Features: The Cruncher 2.0 is an easy-to-use spreadsheet program that offers all of the tools of a regular spreadsheet program, as well as several innovative features. Beginners are guided step-by-step through six on-screen tutorials. The user is encouraged to add a creative flair to the spreadsheet design process with an extensive library of colorful stickers that includes sound, animation, and text.

Data can be presented graphically through bar, line, scatter, or pie graphs. A snapshot feature saves a picture of the spreadsheet for importing into HyperStudio and other multimedia programs. An Internet feature lets the user add Web site links to the completed spreadsheet. A toolbar menu is easily accessible at any stage of the program. A printed comprehensive Teacher's Guide provides ideas for 20 classroom projects with activity-sheet masters to complement the program. Content/Features Rating: A

Ease of Use: I used this program in conjunction with a math lesson on sampling.
