Investment Boost for Data Firm
A NEW data monitoring company has received its second investment from angel investors to underpin its expansion.
SocialRel8 was set up to provide customer service consultancy and software to help big call centre operators keep abreast of both staff and customer behaviour.
It is focusing on winning more customers for its flagship EvaluAgent system, which helps call centre operators to track and evaluate the performance of their staff and carry out customer surveys.
The business, which is based in Teesside University's Victoria Building in Middlesbrough, initially received funding from entrepreneurs Alastair Waite and Andy Preston, who run Teesside Patriots. ā¦
