Balance Is the Name of the Game

WE are into the festive season, and to me that has connotations with almost the most magical word in the English language - balance.
In no way do I want to be a killjoy, but eating and drinking excessively can lead you to pay a penalty afterwards.
Many regular followers of the column will have noted me writing on more than one occasion that exercise is the elixir of life.
Having said that, it would seem that even exercise is not immune to the magical word 'balance'.
It is now being shown that over-exercising can bring 'the finish line of life' a bit quicker than you may possibly would like.
