Matthew Bender Launches Employment Discrimination E-LEX CD-ROM

Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., now part of LEXIS Publishing and a leading publisher of legal analysis and research information, has announced a new approach to electronic legal research with the addition of the Employment Discrimination ELEX CD-ROM to the Authority CD-ROM series. This new litigation tool guides the practitioner through the litigation research process while providing a client interview system that allows immediate access to the information needed to confirm that the potential litigant meets the requirements for bringing a particular cause of action.

The new Employment Discrimination E-LEX CD-ROM contains the Employment Discrimination Litigation Expediter, which organizes employment discrimination causes of action and allows lawyers, law librarians, paralegals, and law students to see at a glance all of the elements necessary to bring a particular lawsuit. Users know instantly which cause of action to bring, what type of relief their client is entitled to obtain, and the steps necessary to institute the suit The Expediter also integrates diverse but related types of information, including analytic discussion, forms, statutes, and cases, and communicates it in an intelligent and highly useful way, according to the announcement.
