Fox View Management Seeks Grant for Computers, Security

After two years, the owners of the Fox View Apartments in Carpentersville say they are seeing results from drug prevention programs at the subsidized complex.
"We've seen a 13 percent increase in income derived from jobs as opposed to welfare," said Tracy Hill, president of Kimball Hill Management Co. "And the kids seem to be doing better in school by participating in these programs."
Now, executives from Kimball Hill want to extend the program, now operated by Fox View residents and employees from the Renz Addiction Counseling Center in Elgin.
They are applying for approximately $400,000 worth of ā¦
