Koppers Names Vice President of Human Resources
Robert J. Howard joined Koppers Inc. as vice president of human resources. He is responsible for providing human resource leadership within the company. Previously, Howard was vice president of human resources and administration for L.B. Foster Co. Inc.
Banking and finance
Centra Bank, Fayette County, named Sally Bryan vice president of private banking, Joseph G. Klocek senior vice president of retail banking, and Michael G. Uhouse senior vice president of commercial banking. Bryan manages the loan and deposit portfolios for high value customers; Klocek manages customer service functions; and Uhouse manages business banking functions.
Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP named Anne M. Stalter manager and Megan R. Oyler senior accountant in the assurance and advisory services group; and Sara A. Stevens, Benjamin R. Hardt, William E. Blick, Jennifer L. Crain, Charles C. Alcorn, Karen T. Mangis, Christopher J. Bizich, and Julie Ann Sullivan joined the firm. Robert T. Harper joined the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's board of visitors. Robert S. Barker was appointed chairman of the law school section of the Inter-American Bar Association. He is a professor of law at Duquesne University.
