BIRMINGHAM V CREWE
Birmingham welcome back Martin O'Connor and Geoff Horsfield after suspension but Curtis Woodhouse sits out the second game of his three-match ban. Steve Vickers (thigh) is unlikely to feature but Jeff Kenna, signed from Blackburn after being on loan at St Andrew's, is set to play.
Crewe's Shaun Smith (knee) is a doubt and Geoff Thomas (hamstring) is unlikely to play.
COVENTRY V GILLINGHAM
Youssef Chippo and Youssef Safri may return for Coventry following Morocco's exit from the African Nations' Cup. Lee Hughes is back after suspension but David Thompson is still banned. Mo Konjic (foot) and Lee Mills (calf) are both doubtful.
Simon Osborn is doubtful for Gillingham but Roland Edge is back after a leg injury.
GRIMSBY V BRADFORD
Grimsby player-manager Paul Groves will have no part to play on the field because of suspension but captain John McDermott (calf) could return after playing for the reserves in midweek.
Benito Carbone is in the Bradford squad after being fined pounds 80,000 this week for refusing to sit on the bench against Preston. Defender Gary Locke is suspended.
MILLWALL V WALSALL
Richard Naylor makes his home debut for Millwall after signing on a month's loan from Ipswich and overcoming knee trouble. Christophe Kinet (hamstring) is out but Richard Sadlier (groin) should be fit.
Walsall are still without striker Don Goodman (calf) and defender Tony Barras (hip). Defender Frederic Biancalani completes a three- match suspension.
PORTSMOUTH V BARNSLEY
Peter Crouch and Jason Crowe return from suspension for Portsmouth and Nigel Quashie (ankle) is almost fit, Carl Tiler serves the second match of a three-game ban.
