If you are thinking of building your own home, you may want to thank Raymond Connor. Mr Connor is founder and managing director of Buildstore, a company that assists and provides people with the opportunity to build their own homes from scratch. At the age of 44, he has had the success of two businesses but it has taken time for him to realise that managing people successfully is just as important as what you sell.
