Ten former Tigers survive NFL cuts
Ten former Missouri players will be on active NFL rosters when the regular season begins this weekend, including four from the 2008 MU team: Philadelphia wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, Pittsburgh defensive lineman Ziggy Hood, Atlanta safety William Moore and Cincinnati tight end Chase Coffman. After getting released by the Washington Redskins on Saturday, quarterback Chase Daniel was signed to the New Orleans Saints practice squad. Kansas City placed rookie offensive lineman Colin Brown on injured reserve for a knee injury.
