While Missouri dominated stretches of Saturday's 37-9 victory over Illinois, there were some nits to pick when Gary Pinkel's offensive staff evaluated the game film. And the issues began with the running game.

Outside of a late dash by Derrick Washington, Missouri's top two tailbacks, Washington and De'Vion Moore, combined for just 50 yards on 21 carries.
Facing a rookie quarterback making his first career start in Blaine Gabbert, the Fighting Illini focused on bottling up Missouri's one known commodity, its running game.
For the most part, it worked.
