NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant is requesting that the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma enter an Order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order No. 50,894 to authorize and permit an additional well to be drilled, completed, and produced in the Hunton common source of supply and amending Order No. 57,572 to authorize and permit an additional well to be drilled, completed, and produced in the Oswego Lime common source of supply underlying the 640-acre drilling and spacing units established therefor in Section 29, T23N, R13W, Woods County, Oklahoma; (ii) authorizing and permitting Applicant to drill, produce and operate such additional well; (iii) establishing a proper allowable for such well and unit; (iv) pursuant to the provisions of 18 C.
