(74453) NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 133,137 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Kaiser-Francis Oil& Company. Relief Sought: Pool ing. Land Covered: NW 1/4 of& Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 8 West, Stephens Coun ty, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All per sons, owners, producers, operators, pur chasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Stephens County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Tony Glenn Steele; John& Ellis Steele; RLR Petroleum Co Inc;& Marvin G Welch; and, Custer County Cattle Co; and, if any of the above& named individuals are deceased, the un known heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees& and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person; and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order& pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Blake (Lower Pontotoc), Upper Cisco, Middle Cisco, Lower Cis co, Briscoe-Pennsylvanian, Briscoe Hoxbar, Wade-Hoxbar, Dyer-Hoxbar, Beggs-Hoxbar, Heath-Hoxbar and Mar chand-Hoxbar common sources of sup ply underlying the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 8 West, Ste phens County, Oklahoma.
