NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

No. CJ-86-1180

Notice is given that on the 24th day of March, 1987, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., at Room 119 in the annex building of the County Courthouse at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:

All of Lots Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-one (21), Twenty-

two (22), Twenty-three (23), and Twenty-four (24), of Block Thirty-seven (37), Second Addition of Britton to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty-

three (33), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian;

(Street address: 905-909 N.W. 87th Street, Oklahoma City, OK).

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Partition issued upon an Order for Partition entered on the 7th day of May, 1986, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Cause CJ-

86-1180 wherein Irene Wahby was Plaintiff and Salha Wahby, Sliman Wahby, Shawky Naif Wahby, Heyam Naif Wahby, Samer Naif Wahby, Nahah Naif Wahby, Kalil Wahby, Wahib Wahby, if alive, and if deceased, their respective unknown successors, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, were Defendants, to satisfy said Order for Partition and Order of Sale and Judgment in rem against the above described real property in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $2,771.
