Owned by Seidman & Seidman/BDO, the new enterprise offers integrated services including financial planning, asset monitoring and life insurance analysis for personal and corporate clients.

The financial planning service begins with a comprehensive interview and analysis of an individual's current and future financial needs. Numerous spreadsheets and a written strategy are then developed to form the framework for implementation. The financial plan is reviewed and updated periodically to make sure it is achieving a client's objectives and accommodates any important changes in the client's life.
The monitoring service evaluates the performance of investments relative to a universe of similar portfolios. The monitoring service also evaluates whether a client's investment objectives are being met.
Insurance analysts review clients' life insurance policies for breadth of coverage and their utility as investment vehicles. Based on the findings, the analysts will make suggestions for any needed changes in coverage. Consultants also work with others in a client's financial team, such as stockbrokers, advisors and attorneys.
