Jamison Named Administrator of Bethany General Hospital


Bob Jamison has been named administrator of Bethany General Hospital and Pavilion, and president of Healthcare Dimensions of Oklahoma, a subsidiary of the hospital. Jamison, formerly the hospital's associate administrator and chief operating officer, will assume the new position Feb. 26. . .

- Dr. David L. Holden was inducted as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons on Feb. 4 at the association's 55th annual meeting in Atlanta, Ga. Holden was one of 586 new fellows inducted, bringing the Academy's membership to 14,148. . .

- Linda Richardson, of Waddel & Reed Investments, was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Honor by the Warr Acres/Putnam City Chamber of Commerce at their annual banquet recently. - D.J. Ashbaugh has been appointed to the position of account executive at KGMC-TV Channel 34. Her background includes the positions of contract administrator for Mustang Fuel Corp. and reservoir engineer assistant for Anadarko Production Co.. . .

- Jerry W. Taylor has been promoted to district manager of Syntex Laboratories. Taylor has been with Syntex since 1976, and will supervise medical representatives in Oklahoma City

- Mike Kibbs has been promoted to service manager at United Systems Inc., a local automated office products dealer. He has been in the office equipment industry in Oklahoma City for 25 years. . .

- Rita S. Matthews will retire as executive director of the American Heart Association, Oklahoma Affiliate, on Feb. 4. She has been with the association for 33 years. . .

- Gary Jay, Detroit radio personality, has moved to KRXO 107.7 FM in Oklahoma City.
