Notice is given that on June 27th, 1989, at 2:00 o`clock p.m. at Room 103, Courthouse Annex, 320 Robert S. Kerr, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot One (1), in Block Twenty-

four (24), in HEFNER VILLAGE I, a Community Plan to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. And

A strip of land 1 foot wide, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 24, HEFNER VILLAGE I, thence North 89 degrees 00' West a distance of 1 foot; thence North 1 degrees 00' East and parallel with the Westerly line of Lot 1, a distance of 38.
