Four Oklahomans Become Certified Association Executives Four Oklahoma men were among 57 individuals designated as certified association executives by the American Society of Association Executives. Certification was issued to Jim Sullins and Richard Hess of Edmond and Stan Orr and Jerry Eisner of Tulsa.
Hess is president of Richard Hess and Associates, an Oklahoma City management firm. He has 18 years of association management experience and serves as executive director of seven associations. Sullins is executive director of the Consulting Engineers Council of Oklahoma, a statewide trade association for professional, private-practice engineering firms. Orr is executive director of the National Association of Legal Secretaries and is president-elect of the Oklahoma Society of Association Executives. Eisner is executive vice president of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Tulsa.
Boettger Named CEO of Commander Aircraft William A. Boettger has been named president and chief executive officer of Commander Aircraft Co. at Wiley Post Airport, it was announced Monday. Boettger held key management positions with several other aviation companies for 25 years before joining Commander. He replaces Randall Greene, company founder, who resigned to pursue personal interests, the announcement said. …
