NOTICE OF HEARING

OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY

PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Oklahoma County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th of September, 1994 at 1:30 P.M. in Room 103, County Office Building, 320 Robert S. Kerr, for the purpose of considering approval/denial of Lot-Split LS 7-94 an Agricultural and Rural Residential tract. The lot split would divide a 10 acre tract into two (2) lots creating one 2.00 acre lot and one 7.00 acre lot for residential purposes. The following is the legal descriptions of the properties:

ORIGINAL TRACT: A part of the SE of Section 15, T-11-N, R-1-E, I.M., Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the Government Survey Thereof, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Quarter 1320.00 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said Quarter, Thence North and Parallel to the East Line of said Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet; Thence West and Parallel to the South Line of said Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet; Thence South and Parallel to the East Line of said Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet to the South Line of said Quarter; Thence East along the South Line of said Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, less and except the East 50.00 feet for road easement.

TRACT "A" (Proposed New Tract): A part of the SE of Section 15, T-11-N, R-1-E, I.M., Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING at the Southeast Corner of the south east Quarter of said Section 15, thence West, along the South Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 1370.00 feet to THE POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing West, along the South Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 331.26 feet; thence North and parallel to the East Line or the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 263.00 feet; thence East and parallel to the South Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 331.26 feet; thence South and parallel to the East Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 263.00 feet to the point or place of beginning.
