Applicant: Water Oil Gas, Inc. Relief Sought: Spacing. Legal Description: Northwest Quarter a/d/a Lots 3 and 4 and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, and Lot 1 and the East Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North Range 2 West, Noble County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Noble County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Federal Land Bank of Wichita; Ben L. Hanan, Sr.; Clifford L. Hanan; Donald L. Robertson; Francis C. Robertson; William H. Tipps and Dorothy N. Tipps; United States of America, Farmers Home Administration United States Department of Agriculture; United States of America, Farmers Home Administration United States Department of Agriculture; and Terril Williams.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following relief and special relief from the Commission A Establish _ 20 acre laydown gas drilling and spacing units for the Harrington common source of supply with a Northeast/

Southwest well pattern underlying the Northwest Quarter a/d/a Lots 3 and 4, and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, and Lot 1 and the East Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, and possibly providing that the order be made effective on a date prior to the date of signing of the order. …
