OKC Metro Association of Realtors

11:30 a.m. luncheon at Applewoods restaurant. Steve Harry of Harry Mortgage will discuss the advantages of the Video Interactive Network Enterprises. "Boards Built to Last" workshop, 9 a.m.- noon, at OSU-OKC, 900 N. Portland. Instruction on how to establish a tradition in your organization of competent, motivated and involved board members. Marcia Hays, founder and president of Hays & Associates Inc., a marketing, public relations and graphic design agency, is the featured speaker. $12 for members; $15 for nonmembers. "Realtor Beware! Did You Know, Did You Wonder?" seminar, 9 a.m.- noon, at Metro Tech, 1900 Springlake Dr. Michael Cramer, president of Cramer and Associates, Ray Blubaugh, with George E. Darrow Appraisal Co., and Jim Hurley, president of JLH Inc. will discuss the appraisal side of real estate. Approved by the OREC for three hours of elective credit in continuing education. "Lockout/Tagout" workshop, 6-8 p.m. at the Western Plaza Training Center, 5500 N. Western Ave., Ste. 204. Lockout/tagout procedures isolate equipment from its energy sources to prevent unexpected start-up of machinery or equipment. Participants will learn the hazards of uncontrolled energy, effective procedures and identification of all energy sources for a given piece of equipment. $15 per person. "Environmental Auditing: A Management Perspective" seminar at the Louis Dreyfus Gas offices, 14000 Quail Springs Parkway, Ste. 600 (East building).
