ISC Telecom, Expanets Merger Completed
ISC Telecom of Oklahoma City has completed a merger into Expanets.
ISC, a provider of telecommunications products and services for businesses in Oklahoma, Colorado and Arkansas, will now be known as Expanets of Oklahoma Inc., said Glen Patterson, president of Expanets of Oklahoma.
Expanets was formed in February 1998 by NorthWestern Corp. of Berkley Heights, N.J. Expanets has annual revenues of $340 million and 40,000 customers in 32 states.
