Meet ITC's New Leaders
Patricia Francis, Executive Director
An award-winning leader and business facilitator, Patricia R. Francis will head ITC from June 2006.
Mrs Francis comes to ITC from the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO), of which she has been President since 1995. It is the country's investment and export promotion agency. It is responsible for attracting investments to Jamaica and for developing and promoting Jamaican exports in targeted markets.
Under Mrs Francis' guidance, JAMPRO has undertaken significant modernization while facilitating Jamaica's leadership in the region's foreign direct investment, which reached a record US$ 720.1 million in 2003. JAMPRO's advocacy …
