Multifamily Loan Pool Program
GREEN PARK FINANCIAL AND J.S. WATKINS PARTNERS
Two companies launched a joint venture to offer a loan pool purchase program for multifamily housing loans. Ggreen Park Financial and J.S. Watkins Partners, both of Bethesda, Md., are purchasing pools of multifamily housing loans under $150 million, which will be aggregated for resale to Fannie Mae.
