Abstract

This treatise presents an analysis of The Key as a meaningful foundation for successful leadership team-building in the midst of an era of socioeconomic change characterized by an enormous state of turmoil. The Key is reflected in the attitudes, and commensurate thoughts and feelings generated by an organization's managerial leadership.
