Today -- in Vancouver Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. holds a second-quarter earnings webcast.

Tuesday -- in Ottawa Statistics Canada releases the financial statistics for enterprises for the second quarter and characteristics of international overnight travellers for the first quarter. In Toronto BMO and Scotiabank release third-quarter results.

Wednesday -- in Ottawa Statistics Canada releases the industrial product and raw materials price indexes for July and the international travel account for the second quarter. In Washington the Commerce Department releases second-quarter gross domestic product and the National Association of Realtors releases pending home sales index for July.

Thursday -- in Toronto Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank and CIBC release third-quarter results. In Ottawa Statistics Canada releases the balance of international payments for the second quarter and payroll employment, earnings and hours for June. In Montreal National Bank will report its third-quarter results after markets close.

Friday -- Statistics Canada releases the gross domestic product by income and expenditure for the second quarter and the gross domestic product by industry for June. In Montreal Laurentian Bank will discuss its third-quarter results by conference call.
