Furthermore, the editors' stated goal is to provide textbooks in which narrative, interpretation, and selections from sources are all included, but presented separately. The effort to divide narrative and analysis leads to confusing organization at times and much narrative is still included in the analysis. In addition, the isolation of the three sections generates repetition throughout each chapter. ā¦
