Theoretically, the two principles of collectivism and individualism supplement each other, and theoretically we may get at the same result by starting at individualism and making the proper correction in the interests of collectivism, or by starting with the principle of collectivism and making the necessary corrections for individualism. But in the practical realm, since we never complete our theoretic system, it makes a tremendously important difference from which end we start. Also, the emphasis as well as the individual notes makes the song. And so, for practical reasons, I think we must nowadays start with the collectivistic principle.
