type of dishonest behavior are difficult, if not impossible, to obtain. However, proved methods do exist with which to reduce company losses due to internal crimes. Specifically developed and validated integrity assessment tools, like the PSI, are available to screen in desirable job applicants who are not prone to steal from the workplace.
