constructing a vision that offers an attractive future that is a logical extension of what is most important about the existing culture. This should be followed by efforts to design methods for helping members to understand the vision, accept it (and the cultural changes it will entail), and implement it in a manner that helps the organization to prosper while retaining the integrity of the core beliefs and values in its culture.
