I am enclosing a copy of my exchange of correspondence with your agency so that you can see what files I have requested and that the request has been denied.
I trust that upon examination of my request you will conclude that the information sought is not properly covered by the exemptions cited. I expect that you will make such information available promptly.
If you are unable to order release of the requested information, I intend to initiate a lawsuit to compel its disclosure.
