TEMIRUZ A. BERIDZE is Chair of the Microeconomics Department of the Institute of Economics of the Georgian Academy of Sciences in Tbilisi, Georgia. He has authored or co-authored over sixty publications and was awarded the medal of the Georgian Academy of Sciences for his work on The Efficiency of Regional Economy.
LEE P. BRECKINRIDGE is Professor of Law at Northeastern University School of Law, where she specializes in environmental and natural resources law. Her publications address the role of local communities and intermediary organizations in ecosystem management and biodiversity protection under domestic and international law.
RICHARD BRIFFAULT is Professor of Law and Director of the Legislative Drafting and Research Fund at the Columbia University School of Law. He has published numerous law review articles on state-local relations, federalism, voting rights, and the law of the political process.
ROBERT B. CHARLES is Chief-of-Staff and Chief Counsel to the National Security, International Affairs, and Criminal Justice Subcommittee, Government Reform and Oversight Committee, of the U.S. House of Representatives. Charles is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and has written extensively on constitutional law and international affairs.
GENNADII N. CHEBOTAREV is Dean of the School of Law at Tyumen State University, Tyumen, Russia. He is the author of many scholarly articles and monographs.
