|3.||(3) Senior clerks of the General Department of the Ministry.|
|4.||(4) Persons who have been or who are presidents of High Courts or chief procurators of High Procuratorates.|
Article 3. The record of each year of a judicial official shall, after examination, be classified in one of the four Grades, A, B. C. or D.
