Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Wholly Foreign- Owned Enterprises in China
The Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises in China (hereinafter referred to as wholly foreign-owned enterprises.)
The wholly foreign-owned enterprises are subject to the jurisdiction and protection of Chinese laws. The business activities conducted by a wholly foreign- owned enterprise within the territory of China must observe the Chinese laws and regulations without injury to the public interests of China.
A wholly foreign-owned exterprise to be established must be beneficial to the development of the Chinese national economy, be able to gain remarkable economic results and meet at least one of the following requirements:
