The Psychology of Expertise: Cognitive Research and Empirical AI

routinely available, even in the best of libraries. Second, and much to my chagrin, precise details about papers and presentations are often insufficiently specified in the References sections of the other publications in which they are cited (e.g., page numbers are not provided, place of publication is not provided, etc.). The size of the bibliographies in this volume could easily have been doubled, were various (published and unpublished) conference presentations included. I preferred to focus on references for which complete information was available (i.e., published works), even though that might entail leaving out a few important works, or leaving out reports on work that is in progress.
