Dialogue with a group of psychoanalysts on the theory and technique of supervision
T he following chapter is the transcription of two recorded meetings with a group of analysts in the Argentine Psychoanalytical Association, in which it was arranged that I would answer questions on the subject of supervision, explain my specific method of supervisory work, and bring some clinical material that I had supervised.____________________
Due to difficulties in recording these meetings, it was unfortunately not possible to mention by name, individually, each of the contributions of the participants, who included Drs. S. Aizenberg, I. Berenstein, H. Cassinelli, N. Cvik, A. Dellarossa, E. Evelson, S. Lustig de Ferrer, J. Mom, M. L. Pelento, J. C. Suárez, M. Tractenberg, S. B. de Vainer, L. Wender, and J. Winocur. My apologies if I have omitted any names.
I am grateful to Dr J. C. Suárez for kindly allowing me to use the recorded version of these meetings.
